As the events industry slowly emerges from this disruptive period, we at Dryland in conjunction with government, local authorities and the various sporting codes are working very hard behind the scenes to ensure that we comply with all the relevant regulations. We are making decisions in real-time and these are based on information and feedback we receive from the authorities and are always done by keeping everyone’s best interest at heart.
The primary objective is to ensure the safety of our athletes and staff, but at the same time, amidst these risk-mitigating measures, we also want to guarantee that everyone taking part in one of our events is still treated to that authentic professionalism, hospitality and unique Dryland experience.
We will keep you updated and informed as the re-opening of the events calendar unfold and we cannot wait to welcome you back on our trails.
We urge one and all to join us on this journey of events.
“Tankwa Trek is my favorite stage race in South Africa! The rocky terrain is an addictive challenge. Every day has a different twist, either punchy ups and downs or long consistent efforts. Either way, it is the perfect place to check on your fitness and handling skills. You always leave this race with a huge sense of accomplishment. If you’re ready to rock and roll, I seriously recommend you give this one a try!”
“Thank you to Momentum and Biogen, the village was really comfortable with everything one needed and then some. Dryland Events failed to disappoint once again, there is no doubt they are doing a sterling job and this race is a product of their amazing work.”
“Thank you to the Dryland Team and a massive thank you to all the farmers and their teams for allowing us to ride on these trails you built. It’s why we ride. Tough. Hot. Technical. Beautiful.”
“It’s a tough event, but such a rewarding experience! Well done to Dryland and thank you Momentum and Biogen!
